The mission is to direct the R&D operations in bioproduction by supervising a small group of personnels. The operations include: production of lentiviral vector lots in standard conditions, development of new bioprocesses of production (upstream and downstream processes, innovations) and transfers to GMP. These operations are integrated in the Quality improvement system of ART-TG and the head of the Bioproduction unit will participate to the Quality management.
The position is funded by Inserm, the only french research institution entirely dedicated to biomedical research. Inserm is committed to professional and gender diversity and equality. Salaries are commensurate to experience and based on public sector grids. Remote work is possible.
The position is based at the technology research accelerator in genomic therapy (ART-TG) (Inserm US35) located in Corbeil-Essonnes in the south of Paris, France. This public laboratory aims to promote scientific excellence in the field of gene and cell therapy, by providing a capacity for innovation and by accelerating the transfer of therapeutic discoveries to the clinic in particular by providing access to lentiviral vector lots. Equipped with state-of-the art equipments, ART-TG is focused on immunotherapy, cell and gene therapy, genome editing projects and participate to international and national networks.
